About this coffee

Chemical free decaf, so good coffee is never off the table.

The Swiss Water process uses only water, temperature and time to remove the caffeine, which means none of the flat, hollow taste people expect from decaf. Smooth and sweet with milk chocolate and almond.

Made for the second flat white of the afternoon, or the one after dinner.

How should I store it?

In the bag it came in, sealed, at room temperature and out of the sun. The pouch has a one way valve and a resealable strip, which is most of the job done.

Not the fridge and not the freezer for coffee you are drinking this month. Buy whole bean and grind as you go if you can, since that does more for the taste than anything else on this page.

Which grind do I need?

Espresso for a machine with a basket and a portafilter. Filter for pour over, Aeropress or a drip machine. Plunger for a French press. Whole bean if you have a grinder, which is always the better answer.

How fresh will it be?

Roasted to order and shipped the same day, with the roast date on the bag rather than only a best before. Most people find it hits its best from about five days after roasting and holds for a month or so after that.
